Integrated community energy systems (ICESs) are a modern development of local by integrating distributed resources and communities. Cost allocation is one the key issues affecting success ICESs. Costs should be allocated to those who cause them, benefits make investments. A well-designed cost approach will therefore contribute successful implementation sustainable This paper presents general framework for designing schemes in Various methods proposed compute bills members an ICES.
